Position the grease gun on the
N
grease nipple and pump grease into
the reservoir. One or two strokes
are sufficient.

Lubricate seat of pivot pin (2) with
N
grease.
Fit the pivot pin (2).
N
Fit a new E-clip (supplied with
N
power tool) on the pivot pin (2).
Replacing the Anvil Blade
The anvil blade must be replaced:
when the cutting blade has been
–
replaced several times
if a clean cut cannot be obtained
–
even though the play between the
cutting and anvil blades is correct
Removing the anvil blade
Remove the cutting blade – see
N

Take out the screws (1) and remove
N
the anvil blade (2).
Clean the anvil blade.
N
Fitting the new anvil blade
Fit the new anvil blade (2) in
N
position.
Insert the screws (1) and tight them
N
down to a torque of 7 Nm.
Fit the cutting blade – see
N

Opening and Closing the Cutting Blade
Manually
If required, the cutting blade and can be
opened or closed by rotating the motor
by hand.
Engage screwdriver in slotted screw
N
in center of bushing.
Rotate clockwise:
