GAS ENGINE HYDRAULIC PUMP BELT _______________________________________

Inspect and adjust new belt after first 24-48 hours of
operation. Adjust every 200 hours thereafter.
Adjust hydraulic pump belt so belt deflects 1/4" to 1/2" (6
-12 mm) with a 20 lb. push at midpoint between pulleys.
If tension is incorrect, loosen pump mounting bolts (G)
and carefully pry away from the engine until proper belt
tension is achieved.
