CINEMA MODE can be adjusted only when a TV60, TV50, 480i or 576i signal is being displayed.
The RESET ALL process may take some time to complete.
FUNCTION
Input video signal is displayed at the max height or max width of the panel
while its aspect ratio is maintained.
Regardless of the type of input signal, image is displayed at 16:9 aspect
ratio. Select to expand squeezed (or horizontally compressed) images
such as DVD images to 16:9. Press the ENTER button to select whether or
not to display signals at 16:9 depending on their type. (See page 11.)
For TX10U only:
Press the ENTER button to select the image display position with the
screen from CENTER, UPPER, and LOWER.
Select to project images in full size irrespective of type of input signal.
Use to enable or cancel the password lock. See page 43 for details.

Use to change the position of the menu.
The film mode will be automatically activated when a film source signal is
input. (Select AUTO for normal use.)
The film mode will not be activated.
When AUTO is selected, the appropriate video format is automatically
selected depending on the input signal. If the image isn't displayed
correctly, select the desired video format manually.
Select this setting for wide picture.
Select this setting for other than wide picture.
Select this setting when the NORMAL mode does not display images
properly. Select this for 1280 x 768 signals from COMPUTER/
COMPONENT VIDEO IN terminals.
Select to change the SETUP mode automatically.
Select to make black lighter.
Select to make black thicker.
When 7.5% is chosen, the brightness is decreased by the set-up cancel
function for the U.S. Choose OFF when the image is dark.
Use to select the language used in the menus.
The menu settings are reset to the factory defaults (except the
LANGUAGE, PASSWORD FUNCTION and NETWORK settings).
