Hydraulic Plumbing Figure 3: HG06 Hydraulic Plumbing Parts The use of dielectric grease is not recommended on any NORAC electrical connections. To ensure all stainless steel hardware does not gall or seize apply a light coating of the supplied Permatex Anti-seize grease to all threaded parts upon installation.

Ultrasonic Sensor Serial Number Arrangement When installing the UC5 sensors, start with the smallest serial number on the left-hand side, and proceed to the largest serial number on the right hand side. Each UC5 sensor has a serial number stamped on the sensor housing.
Page 10
Wing Sensor Installation 1. Mount the NORAC UC5 ultrasonic sensor into the sensor bracket and run the sensor cable behind the bracket so that it will not interfere with the sensor readings. Figure 5: Inner Sensor Figure 6: Outer Sensor...

Roll Sensor Installation The orientation of both roll sensors to the roll sensor bracket will depend on the bracket mounting. The roll sensor CANbus connector must be pointing towards the right side of the sprayer. When mounting the roll sensors, mount one to the boom frame – lowest serial number, one to boom carrier frame (intermediate frame - non-pivoting portion of the sprayer) and one to the chassis (reference frame) –...
Page 13
Boom Frame Roll Sensor Mounting 1. Install the roll sensor with the lowest serial number onto the roll sensor tab (Figure 9). The roll sensor must be mounted with the connector facing the right boom. Ensure the boom frame roll sensor does not collide with any parts and the cable has sufficient slack for the boom to travel though its entire range of motion.
Page 14
Intermediate Frame Roll Sensor Mounting 1. Securely mount the roll sensors to the included roll sensor brackets using the #6 machine screw and nylon lock-nuts. 2. Mount the intermediate frame roll sensor on the square grey frame (Figure 11), with the cable facing the right hand wing.

Module Installation Control Module 1. Refer to Figure 2 and Figure 13. 2. Securely mount the control module (E01) with the lowest serial number inside the sprayer cab, using the Hagie mounting brackets. 3. Connect cable C21 between the control module and the display cable. Cable C21 must be connected to the end of the control module with only one Deutsch connector.
Page 17
Virtual Input Module 1. Disconnect the J1939 CANbus interface connectors and insert the NORAC CANbus interface cable (C20) between the two connectors. 2. Connect the 6 pin connector on cable C20 to the control module with the highest serial number. This connection must be made at the end of the control module with only one connector.

Valve Block Assembly 1. On a clean surface remove the plastic plugs from the block. 2. Mount the NORAC valve block to the sprayer on the right side of the bottom rail (when looking from the rear). 3. When plumbing the system, the “B” lines of the NORAC valve block must be connected to the Hagie “raise”...
