Filter Function
This function allows you to display only the specified types of
data from the station list.
1 Press [LIST] and display the list of stations.
2 Press [MENU] and display the station list menu.
3 Press [
]/[ ] or rotate the [ENC] control to select [Filter],
and press [A/B].
• The filter type list appears on the display.
4 Press [
]/[ ] or rotate the [ENC] control to select a filter
type, and press [A/B].
• "Filtering" appears on the display and filtering begins.
The filtering function is cancelled,
All(Off)
displaying all stations.
Digipeater
Only Digipeater Stations are displayed.
Weather
Only Weather Stations are displayed.
Mobile
Only Mobile Stations are displayed.
Object
Only Object Stations are displayed.
Only KENWOOD TH-D74, TH-D72, TH-
KENWOOD
D7, TM-D700, TM-D710G, TM-D710, and
RC-D710 Stations are displayed.
Only Navitra Stations starting from
NAVITRA
$PNTS are displayed.
Only stations containing frequency (QSY)
QSY (Freq)
data are displayed.
Only the message incapable MicEncoder
1-Way
format stations and the GPS trackers are
displayed.
Stations other than those listed above are
Others
displayed.
5 The newly filtered station list appears on the display.
• After the display filter function is turned ON, received
data is added to the list but will on be displayed if it
matches the filter type selected.
• For example, with the station list displayed and the
display filter selection set to [Weather], all stations not
relating to weather are no longer displayed. If mobile
station data is received at this time, the new data will
also not be displayed as long as the weather filter is
active.
Copy to Position Memory
If position data is available within the station list, the position
data to copy to the Position Memory list.
1 Press [LIST] and display the list of stations.
2 Select a station list.
3 Press [MENU] and display the station list menu.
4 Select [Copy to Pos. Memory].
5 Press [A/B].
The position memory store screen appears.
6 Select a position memory number.
7 Press [A/B].
The position data is registered.
Clearing APRS Station Memory
1 Press [LIST] and display the list of stations.
2 Select a station.
3 Press [MENU] and display the station list menu.
4 Select [Clear] or [Clear All].
[Clear]: Clears the selected station memory.
[Clear All]: Clears all station memories.
5 Press [A/B].
The clear confirmation screen appears.
6 Press [A/B] to clear the station memory.
