TARGET POINT

You can register positional information for a target point.
1 Press [MARK].
The position memory list screen appears.
2 Select a position memory number.
3 Press [A/B].
The "in use" target point mark <
right of the time. The target point mark disappears when
pressing [A/B] again.
Target Point Distance and Target Direction
1 Press [F], [MARK]

[Target point distance and Target direction screen]
appears. When pressing [F] while the target point distance
and target direction are displayed, the North Up display
(displays North as the top) changes to the Heading Up
display (displays the current travel direction as the top) or
vice-versa.

TRACK LOG

All movement is saved in the GPS LOGGER in the microSD
memory card.
1 Access Menu No. 410.
2 Select to [On].
• When the Track Log function is turned On, the <
lights up. Track Log will be recorded when the transceiver
is in positioning status. When this happens, the <
icon will blink.
• With the Track Log function On, even if the power source
is turned Off during a Log acquisition, the log is backed
up so that when the power is turned back on, the log
acquisition resumes.
Note:
◆ When the Track Log is turned On while the GPS function is Off,
the GPS function will also turn On.
◆ When the GPS function is not pinpointing, Track log is not
saved.
◆ If the Track Log overwriting configuration is turned Off (see
below), "LOG FULL" appears when the log
◆ memory is full.
◆ When the APRS is On, Log operation will begin only when the
APRS menu COM terminal input is Off.
◆ When the microSD memory card runs out of space, Track log
function is paused.
◆ The files stored on the microSD memory card are named as
Track Log started date.
Example: TH-D74A:05122016_124705.nme (File for which track
logging started at 12:47:05 on May 12 2016.)
TH-D74E:12052016_124705.nme (File for which track logging
started at 12:47:05 on 12 May 2016.)
