Tine Assembly Installation

1. Place the chain guard on the tine assembly and
install into the chassis (Fig. 152).
2. Place the chain guard on the opposite side tine
assembly and install into chassis. Install all the
flange bearing bolts and nuts and hand tighten the

nuts (Fig. 153).

3. Install the bearings and bearing flanges onto both
tines using bolts and nuts. Torque bolts to 17 ft-lbs.
(23 Nm) (Fig. 154).

4. Position the chain guards and install all the bolts.
Torque to 17 ft-lbs. (23 Nm) (Fig. 155).
