14. Install the lock collars onto the flange bearings.
With a punch, tap the recess to securely lock the
collar onto the bearing. Apply Loctite
screws and tighten to 12-14 in-lbs. (1.4-1.6 Nm) (Fig.
092).

15. Install the bushings and keys.
16. Install the wheels and snap rings.
