Check Point
1. Check the following connections and
soldering condition on each connector.
a. CN5002 (CCD (F) Board) to CN1003
(CONTROL Board)
b. CN5003 (CCD (F) Board) to CN1004
(CONTROL Board)
2. Check the following power supply to
CONTROL Board.
→ CN1004-1st pin (CONTROL Board): 12 V
→ CN1004-3rd pin (CONTROL Board): 5 V
→ CN1004-5th pin (CONTROL Board): 3.3 V
3. Check that the following signals on the
CONTROL Board are normal.
→ Test point (R0040): 30 MHz
4. Check the soldering condition of the all ICs
and their surrounding parts on the CCD (F)
Board.
5. Check the soldering condition of the
CN1004, IC0001, and their surrounding
circuit on the CONTROL Board.
6. Replace faulty parts or boards.
Refer to the above 3rd item on the F60.
Clean the glass surface. (See 7.2.)
1. Execute CCD Level test in Sec.9.3.6 to
check the peak level.
2. Check that LED (B) lights during CCD Level
test.
3. Check the following connections and
soldering condition on each connector.
a. LED (B) Board to CN4008 (DRIVE Board)
b. CN4002 (DRIVE Board) to CN1002
(CONTROL Board)
4. Check the lamp control signals to the Lamp
Driver.
→ IC4009-1st pin: 10 V
→ CN4002-28th pin: 0 V (when lamp is ON)
5. Replace faulty parts or boards.
1. Check the following connections and
soldering condition on each connector.
a. CN5002 (CCD (B) Board) to CN1005
(CONTROL Board)
b. CN5003(CCD (B) Board) to CN1006
(CONTROL Board)
2. Check the following power supply to
CONTROL Board.
→ CN1006-1st pin (CONTROL Board): 12 V
→ CN1006-3rd pin (CONTROL Board): 5 V
→ CN1006-5th pin (CONTROL Board): 3.3 V
3. Check that the following signals on the
CONTROL Board are normal.
→ Test point (R0081): 30 MHz
4. Check the soldering condition of the all ICs
and their surrounding parts on the CCD (B)
Board.
5. Check the soldering condition of the
CN1006, IC0002, and their surrounding
circuit on the CONTROL Board.
6. Replace faulty parts or boards
