Enter an encryption key value:
• For ASCII format, a key length of either 5 or 13 characters.
• For HEX format, a key length of either 10 or 26 characters.
Select this check box to enable shared key authentication. Open authentication is
the default authentication.

shows the 802.1x settings.
Descriptions
This pulldown menu allows you to make one of the following selections:
• 40 bits (64-bit WEP).
• 104 bits (128-bit WEP).
The length of time throughout which the broadcast key remains valid. Upon
expiration of the re-keying period, the broadcast key is no longer valid and
renewal of the broadcast key is required. The default is 14400 seconds (i.e.
4 hours). A value of 0 disables re-keying.
