By adding SNMPv1/v2 Communities, access rights can be controlled.

Descriptions
This represents the password for receiving or setting SNMP values.
The IP address from which the SNMP server can be accessed.
The IP mask from which the SNMP server can be accessed.
This pulldown menu allows you to select either Read Only or Read & Write to this
community.
Select the Enable radio button to enable this community.
