Troubles during printing and scanning from PC

Symptom
Check Point
Print cannot be made
1. In Wireless LAN's case, check if
Scan cannot be made
the network connection between
the PC and Access Point is made.
2. In Wired LAN's case, check if
the computer and the printer are
properly connected to a LAN
port such as a hub or router.
3. Check the status of network
settings/connection by printing
the network status sheet.
4. Check if the link lamp on the
Access Point or hub connected to
the printer is lighting or flashing.
5. Check if the network settings are
correctly configured?
6. Check if the network setting
screen is displayed on the
Control Panel.
EPSON Scan cannot
1. For EPSON Scan settings, check
be started
if IP address is set directly.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Remedy
Correctly connect the
computer and the Access
Point.
Correctly connect the
computer and the printer to a
LAN port such as a hub or
router using a LAN cable.
Correctly set the network
connection again if the
network connection is not
made.
• Try using another port.
• Replace the LAN cable.
• Configure Wireless LAN
setting correctly.
Correctly configure the
network settings.
Close the screen.
If IP address is set using the
DHCP function, specify IP
address by searching address.
