While receiving faxes

While your fax machine is receiving a fax, you can:
Load another document and prepare it for transmission.
Continue to load documents as long as there is memory available on
your fax machine. When the first transmission is complete, the next
fax is automatically sent.
Continue to receive faxes while earlier messages are being printed
if your fax machine has been set to memory reception mode.

While making copies

While your fax machine is making local copies, you can:
Continue to receive faxes while copies are being printed if your fax
machine has been set to memory reception mode.

While printing reports

While your fax machine is automatically printing reports, you can:
Continue to receive faxes while reports are being automatically
printed if your fax machine has enough memory available. When
the report has finished printing, your received fax message is then
printed.
Continue to load documents as long as there is memory available on
your fax machine. After the report is printed, your fax is
automatically sent.
