Vehicle speed indicator

This function displays vehicle speed (mph or km/h
depending on the set measurement system).
The instrument panel receives information about the
actual speed (calculated in km/h) and displays the
number increased by 5%.
Maximum speed displayed is 186 mph (299 km/h).
Over 186 mph (299 km/h) a series of dashes will be
displayed "- - -" (not flashing).
Note
If instrument panel is receiving no data, a string
of dashes will be displayed "- - -" (not flashing).
