Remove the jammed paper.
If the paper tears, remove every loose scrap from
inside the machine.

Pull out cassette 1.

Turn the lower green knob (B2) to the left at least
10 times.

Remove the jammed paper.
If you cannot remove the paper, proceed with the
next step.
