Capacity (volume)
The table below shows the recommended amounts of ingredients (weight of prepared
mixes) for mixing and processing.
The unit may process greater quantities of dough, but this may overload the unit,
prematurely shorten its lifespan, or cause damage to the unit. Overloading may also
result from mixing / processing dough for too long, leading to unsatisfactory results.
If the motor is working with difficulty, turn the unit off and remove some of the dough in the
bowl.
