- Page 4 ALLGEMEINE INFORMATIONEN Beschreibung des Geräts Die Produktreihe der Mixer setzt sich aus folgenden Modellen zusammen: Mod. MX25 – vorgesehen für den Bedarf kleiner Nutzergruppen. Das Gerät weist eine klassische Gestaltung mit vertikalem Griff auf. Die Motoreinheit ist mit einer Kunststoffstruktur versehen, während der Rührstab aus Edelstahlelementen, Aluminiumlegierungen und Kunststoff gefertigt ist.

The utensil has a classic vertical hold shape. The motor unit is constructed with a plastic structure while the mixing utensil is made up of stainless steel, aluminium alloy and plastic elements.

- Page 19 GENERAL INFORMATION Safety devices Forced retension on button: Releasing the button cuts off power to the utensil and turns it off, stopping the utensil Switch protection: The protection protects the operator from accidentally starting the utensil in normal work conditions. Check the suitability and weight of products to be processed; do not overload the machine. Introducing objects, tools, hands or other things within hazardous parts is forbidden. - Page 21 INSTALLATION INFORMATION Packing and unpacking The machine is packaged in cardboard with polyester foam inserts to guarantee full integrity during transport. Handle the packaging according to the instructions. Open the packaging and check the integrity of all components. Keep packaging for future moves. Lift the machine as indicated and place it in the installation area.

Release to stop the machine. 2) Speed adjustment knob (MX40-FX40 only) The speed adjustment knob both adjusts utensil speed and directly by-passes to maximum machine speed.
- Page 23 USE AND CLEANING INFORMATION Whip use - Insert the whip utensil in the motor unit and tighten the utensil lock MX40 FX40 nut. - Connect the motor unit to the power plug. - For mod. MX40, turn the speed adjustment knob to a number between 1 and 10.

Wash the mixer utensil under running water (only when the utensil is removed from the motor unit). Remove the whips from the whip utensil and wash them under running water (only when the utensil is removed from the motor unit).

ALGEMENE INFORMATIE Veiligheidsuitrusting Impulsknop: het loslaten van deze knop zorgt ervoor dat de stroomtoevoer van het apparaat wordt afgesneden. Daarmee worden het apparaat en de mixerstaaf gedeactiveerd. Bescherming van de knop: dit beschermende onderdeel voorkomt onder normale werkomstandigheden het ongewild activeren van het apparaat. -

INFORMATIE OVER BEDIENING EN REINIGING Beschrijving van de bedieningselementen 1) Schakelaar Deze knop dient voor het inschakelen van het apparaat. Door het loslaten van de knop keert het apparaat weer terug in de ruststand. 2) Snelheidsregelaar (alleen mod. MX40-FX40) De snelheidsregelaar dient voor het instellen van de snelheid van het apparaat, maar hij kan ook direct op de hoogste snelheid gezet worden. -

INFORMATIE OVER BEDIENING EN REINIGING Gebruik van de draadgarde - Steek de draadgarde in het motorhuis en draai de bevestiging vast totdat hij niet verder kan. - Sluit het apparaat aan op het stopcontact. - Zet bij model MX40 de snelheidsregelaar op een van de cijfers van 1 tot 10. -
