IMPORTANT
Before contacting support, restart both your computer and your MiFi M100, and
ensure that your SIM card is inserted correctly.
Contact your service provider for assistance. When calling, you may be asked for the wireless
number of your MiFi M100. To find your MiFi M100's wireless number, use either the MiFi M100 Web
UI or Mobile App:
On the Mobile App, select Device Info from the Mobile App menu.

On the Web UI, select Settings from the menu panel, then select the Device Info tab. The

phone number is listed in the Modem section.
