When properly installed, the MiFi M100 is a highly reliable product. Most problems are caused by
one of these issues:
System resources required by the MiFi M100 are being used by other devices.

Network is unavailable due to coverage area, an account problem, or a network problem.
•
The following tips can help solve many common problems encountered while using the MiFi M100.
First Steps
Make sure you have an active wireless network plan.

Make sure you are in the correct geographic region for your wireless network plan.
•
Ensure that your wireless coverage extends to your current location.
•
Restart your computer and your MiFi M100. (This alone can resolve many issues.)
•
Make sure the SIM card is inserted correctly in the MiFi M100.
