Using call hold

The Hold feature allows you to suspend a call without terminating it. Follow
this procedure to use the hold feature.

Follow this procedure to transfer a call to another extension.

Action
To put the call on hold, press the hold key.
The call is suspended.
Press the softkey with the DN assigned, select the DN from the
Call Services list, or press the line key.
The call is active again.
