Viewing softkey assignments

Follow this procedure to view a list of softkey assignments.
Softkey assignments are available from the Call Services menu and the
Settings menu.

Displaying softkey labels while on a call

When the IP Phone is engaged in a call, the terminal clears the softkey
labels so that other information can be displayed. When the labels
disappear, a timer starts running. After four or five seconds, the labels
reappear.

Action
From the main menu, open the Call Services menu.
From the Call Services menu, select and open Unassign.
A Confirmation screen appears.
Confirm the action.
The feature assignment is removed from the softkey.
Action
Perform one of these actions:
To view softkey status from the Call Services menu:
— From the main menu, open the Call Services menu.
— Select a feature from the call services list.
— Select and open Softkey Status.
To view softkey status from the Settings menu:
— From the main menu, open the Settings menu.
— Select and open Softkey Status.
The Softkey screen appears. Scroll through the list to see the
softkey assignments.
