FAULT FINDING
Corrective action
Set switch in pos. "AUT".
Put in the plug, switch on the mains switch.
Change fuse. If fuse burns out again,
contact service department.
Connect voltage according to el. diagram.
Change fuse. If fuse burns out again,
contact service department.
Extension cable too long, contact service department.
Set switch in pos. "0" and wait 15 min. Restart the
machine.
Clean/change nozzle (see technical data).
Change fuse. If fuse burns out again or motor still
hums, contact service department.
Check voltage in the plug.
Tighten suction hose.
Turn the detergent regulation to pos. "0".
Clean suction filter. Open tap completely.
Remove and clean the nozzle.
Remove and clean front nozzle.
Remove and clean pressure nozzle.
Disconnect and clean Turbo Laser.
Clean/change the filter (see maintenance).
The leak may seal itself by continued usage.
Change gaskets (Service kit).
Fill up.
Clean detergent filter.
Open.
Empty and clean fuel tank (see maintenance) .
Fill tank. Close metering valve
and bleed air out of the hoses.
Check for leaks - tighten hose clamp.
Check thermostat setting and make correction.
Turn on water.
Fill tank.
Clean fuel filter (see maintenance).
Empty and clean fuel tank (see maintenance).
Clean fuel filter (see maintenance).
Check thermostat setting and reset.
Change phases in the electric plug.
Check thermostat setting and make correction.
Clean fuel filter (see maintenance).
Empty and clean fuel tank (see maintenance).
Fill tank. Close detergent valves.
Change detergent hoses.
Check for leaks, tighten hose clamps.
Disconnect nozzle and clean it carefully.
Descale the machine according to maintenance.
Install new nozzle. Note type (see technical data).
Bleed out the cleaner. Open pressure regulating handle,
activate the pistol.
Let the machine run until stable pressure is reached.
Check thermostat setting and make correction.
Clean fuel filter (see maintenance).
Descale the machine according to maintenance.
