V. MAINTENANCE (Fig. 9)
Before any handling, unplug the power cord from the electric socket. Do not use
coarse and aggressive cleaning agents (e.g. sharp objects, scrapers, diluting agents or
other solvents). Clean drive unit A, whipping adapter K with a soft and wet cloth with a little
detergent. Clean all accessories in hot water with a detergent right after use (you can use a
dishwasher). For easier cleaning of the mixer you can disassemble the assembled bowl (Fig. 8).
Be very careful when cleaning knives and graters! Make sure that the cutting edges of the
accessories are not in contact with hard objects that make them blunt and thus they reduce their
effectiveness. If sealing E4 is worn out or damaged, replace it with a new one (of a similar type).
Some ingredients can colour the accessories in some way. But the change does not affect the
function of the appliance and it is not a reason for a claim. This colouring usually disappears
after some time. Never dry plastic moldings over a heat source (e.g. heater, electric/gas
stove). Store the appliance after cleaning at a dry, dustfree and safe place, out of reach of
children and incapacitated people.
