• It is suitable for processing herbs, small amount of meat, onion, mayonnaise, vegetables,
children and diet meals.
• It is not suitable for processing liquid ingredients.
Use
Chopping (grinding), mixing, blending all kinds of fruit, vegetables, meat (without bones, tendons
and skin) and for preparing puree. Do not use the knives for processing thin dough.
Chopping: turning regulator A1 used. Setting regulator 1 – 2.
Blending: setting regulator 2 or use P.
Recommendation
• Cut food beforehand to small pieces with the dimensions of about 30 x 30 x 30 mm.
• Do not chop/grind frozen meat.
• For rough to medium chopping (grinding) of e.g. onion, use 5 to 10 quick turns are usually
sufficient.
• If you chop hard cheese or chocolate, work for a short time. It is because the ingredients are
heated excessively by chopping, they become softer and they can become lumpy.
• Do not process very hard materials (e.g. ice cubes, coffee beans, chocolate etc.) with the
small knife.
• If the appliance shakes because the food is not evenly distributed, put your hand on the lid.
• The preparation (processing) times depend on the amount, the kind and quality of used
ingredients, but as a standard they are in tens of seconds (about 30 to 60 seconds).
Kneading adapter (I), (Fig. 3)
Assembly
Set the adapter with the central hole on shaft B1, let it slide down on the shaft to the maximum
position. Turn the kneading adapter to the right position. Remove the adapter in the opposite
direction. Put the kneading adapter to the bowl always before adding ingredients.
Use
Kneading: crispy/light/heavier yeast dough.
Turning regulator A1 used. Setting regulator 1 - 2 (according to the dough consistency).
Recommendation
• When preparing more dough, prepare it in several portions. Never prepare more than four
portions in a row. Before the next use, allow at least 30 minute break.
• When kneading, use ingredients at the room temperature. Mix yeast beforehand in lukewarm
milk or water. As soon as the dough gets into the shape of a ball, stop kneading as you are
used to, or leave the dough rise according to the recipe.
• Ingredients are best mixed if the liquid is added fi rst. At regular intervals stop the food
procesor and scrape off the mix from the kneading hook. Various types of fl our may differ
signifi cantly in the amount of liquids needed and the stickiness of the dough may have
a major affect on the loading of the food processor. If you hear that the food processor is being
excessively loaded, turn it off, remove half the dough and process each half separately.
• The preparation (processing) times depend on the amount, the kind and the quality of used
ingredients, but as a standard they are in tens of seconds (about 30 to 180 seconds).
