Use
The blender is intended for mixing and blending juices, milk shakes, soups, sauces,
mayonnaise, children's and diet meals, for puffy dough, sponge-cake dough, making purée etc.
Blending: regulation disc A1 used. Setting regulator 2 – P.
Recommendation
• If you process more food, divide it into individual portions to prevent overloading of the drive
unit.
• It is recommended to cut tough ingredients into small pieces. Do not process very hard
materials (e.g. ice cubes, etc.). The knife would be blunt soon.
• Hard ingredients (e.g. legumes, soya beans, etc.) should be soaked in water before
processing.
• Never remove lid E3 when the drive unit is in operation.
• Liquid ingredients (e.g. oil, milk) or other ingredients can be added to the bowl only after
removing plug E4 through the small hole in the lid (when the motor is in operation). We
recommend leaving the plug inserted in the lid during operation so that liquid ingredients do
not splash out through the filling hole.
• The longer you process food in the blender, the smoother the result will be.
• You can also process hot liquids up to the temperature of 80 °C, e.g. sauces, soups.
• In the case of liquids that create foam (e.g. milk) never fill the container up to the „1800 ml"
gauge mark to prevent overflowing. In this case we recommend the amount of about 1.3 l.
• If you are not satisfied with the result, switch off the appliance, mix the ingredients with
a spatula, take some part of the ingredients or add a little liquid.
• The preparation (processing) times depend on the amount, the kind and the quality of used
ingredients, but as a standard they are in tens of seconds (about 15 to 120 seconds).
After mounting of the assembled blending bowl on the drive unit and after its filling with
Ingredients. Start by turning the regulator to the required speed level 2 - P. When you have
finished, switch off the appliance by turning the regulator to the 0 position (the appliance is
OFF), then unplug power cord A4 from the electric socket.
Bowl assembly and distribution (E), (Fig. 8)
Put sealing E4 on the contact surface of the plastic base of knife E1. Hold the knife (on the
bottom) at the plastic base and slide it (with the blade up) to the hole in the container, then turn
it in the direction of the arrow on the sign CLOSE to the maximum position. Check whether
the sealing is put properly on its place in the bowl. Remove the knife from the container in the
opposite direction.
IV. TABLE OF USING THE APPLIANCE AND THE ACCESSORIES
Please consider the following tips for processing as examples and inspiration. They are not
intended to provide instructions, but to show possibilities of various food processing. Choose
the amount of the processed food so that the maximum volume of the containers marked with
the gauge line is not exceeded. Bigger amount of processed food has to be divided into several
portions and the volume of the containers has to be checked regularly. We recommend stopping
work from time to time, switching off the appliance and removing possible food that was stuck
on or that blocked accessories or walls of the bowls, the blender and the lid (see par. I. SAFETy
WARNING).
The food preparation (processing) times are only approximate, they depend on the
amount, the kind and the quality of used ingredients and they range in seconds to minutes
(see the table).
