Ethernet Troubleshooting

„ When communication is not possible
Cause
The power is not on.
The LAN cable is not
connected correctly.
The LAN cable is broken.
Network system error
The IP address is not set
correctly.
The subnet mask is not
set correctly.
The routing table is not
set correctly.
The connections exceed
the maximum number
of device connections
usable at the same time.
(Max. 20 users)
The set IP address is
being used on another
device (multiple use of an
address).
The set IP address was
previously used on
another device.
For settings using the
DNS server, the DNS
server is not set up, or the
IP address setting of the
DNS server on the Printer
is incorrect.
