„ Inspection and Check Items When Problems Occur
Before diagnosing a Printer malfunction, inspect or check the following items. Take
the appropriate action.
Symptom
Power does not turn on.
The Printer does not start
or operate normally.
The Printer does not print. Connection of the interface
Paper jams occur
frequently.
Note
If there may be a problem on the line connection between the Printer and

the computer, transmit the data to the Printer
error log, and then ensure that no communication warning is issued

For data errors, the error message can be printed on a part of the printout
