3.18.4 Reorganizing the directory
When you delete an entry from the directory it will no longer appear in the display, but it
does, however, continue to take up storage space. It may then not be possible to have
the complete 250 entries in the directory. A prompt then appears in the display asking
you to reorganize the directory. Reorganization of the directory removes all of the dele-
ted entries from the memory, making storage space previously used by deleted entries
available again.
You wish to make an entry in the directory
and the text shown at the right appears in
the display for around 10 seconds.
