5. Turn the T3300SL over with its front facing you and remove the nine M2x6 screws and the
one M2x8 screw securing the bottom cover and the math coprocessor cover to the com-
puter (Figure 4-7).
6. Release the two latches on the front of the T3300SL, the one side latch on the side of the
top cover, and the one latch on the back of the bottom cover. Separate the bottom cover
from the computer (Figure 4-8).
7. Remove the tape securing the PS/2 mouse cable to the sub battery. Then disconnect the sub
battery cable from PJ4 on the power supply board. Carefully remove the sub battery from
the computer.
Note: Review the routing of the sub battery cable before you disconnect it. It is very impor-
tant to route this cable correctly when you reassemble the computer.
