Voice mail soft keys are displayed:
• when you press the Messages/Inbox key (internal and external)
when you dial the voice mail access number manually (internal only)

Using the Voice Messaging control screens

The Voice Messaging control screens allow you to send commands while
connected to your voice messaging system using the context-sensitive
soft keys instead of the dial pad.
To use Voice Messaging controls:


Call the telephone number that left the voice mail
.message
Display the next layer of soft keys.
Stop playing the voice mail message.
Conference in another party to listen to the voice
mail message.
Reply to the voice mail message.
Display the next layer of soft keys.
Compose a voice mail message.
Forward the voice mail message to another
telephone number.
Disconnect from the voice mail system.
Cycle back to the first layer of soft keys.
