Plug-in cards for the CPU
Various controllers can be plugged in on the CPU. The following is a
brief description of the available options:
ASYNC controller
This RS232 interface card can be used as an additional, live serial
interface for connecting various peripherals.
VGA controller
The VGA controller can be used to connect a monitor.
LAN controller
This controller can be used to incorporate the BEETLE /L in a network,
the combined VGA/LAN controller allows you to connect a monitor and
to integrate your BEETLE /L into a network at the same time.

Plug-in cards
When connecting an ASYNC controller, ensure that the
total current consumption of all of the live serial
interfaces does not exceed 900 mA.
