Email Settings

If the DVR is connected to the internet it can be set to send an email to up to 5 different
people. The email will contain details of the DVR and the event that triggered the email.
In addition a snapshot of the event will be attached.
The email will be sent if various events take place, these must be set in the event section.
To set up email you must have set the DNS in the network settings.
You will need to have all the details for the outgoing email account as well as the
recipients email address.
Please ask the network administrator for these details.

This is the authentication method for sending emails.
Usually this is set to "Login".
This enables or disables the sending of an image
snapshot when email is sent due to an Alarm, Motion or
Video Loss event.
