PPPOE settings

PPPOE is only required if the DVR is connected direct to an ADSL modem and not to an
ADSL router or existing network.
In the UK it is not common for ADSL modems to be used as most are combined with a
router that will perform the PPPOE function.
These settings need to be set in accordance with the ADSL network and the modem that
is being used, for help with this consult the network administrator
