D 7 Inbetriebnahme
1) Vor dem Einschalten die Summenregler (14) auf

Null stellen, um Einschaltgeräusche zu vermei-

2) Den Power Mixer mit dem Netzschalter (15) auf
der Rückseite einschalten. Die Betriebsanzeige
„Power" (11) leuchtet und die Anzeige im Display
(12) läuft von „4" zurück auf „0" (Effekt „Hall 1"
eingestellt – siehe Tabelle, Kap. 8.1).
3) Die angeschlossenen Geräte einschalten. Zum
Einschalten des beiliegenden Mikrofons dessen
Schiebeschalter in die obere Position stellen.
4) Beim Ausschalten der Anlage immer zuerst den
Power Mixer abschalten.

8 Bedienung

1) Zur Grundeinstellung vorerst die Effektregler
„Reverb" (7) und die Klangregler (8) der Ein-
gangskanäle sowie alle fünf Regler des Graphic-
Equalizers (10) auf Null stellen.
2) Mit den Summenreglern – „L-MON" für den lin-
ken Kanal und „R-MAIN" für den rechten Kanal –
wird der Pegel der Signalsumme eingestellt, die
sowohl auf die interne Endstufe als auch auf den
Summenausgang „Aux Out" (5) gegeben wird.
Die Regler etwas aufziehen, so dass die nach-
folgenden Einstellungen über die angeschlosse-
nen Lautsprecher zu hören sind.
3) Mit den Pegelreglern „GAIN" (9) die Signale der
Eingangskanäle mischen oder nach Bedarf ein-
und ausblenden. Die Regler der nicht benutzten
Kanäle stets auf „0" stellen.
4) Für jeden Eingangskanal getrennt den Klang mit
den Klangreglern (8) – „Treble" für die Höhen,
„Bass" für die Tiefen – optimal einstellen.

fier is also available at the output "Aux Out" (5). This
output allows connection of another unit with line
input, e. g. a power amplifier, a mixer, or a recorder.
6.3 Power supply
Connect the supplied mains cable to the mains jack
(16), then connect the plug of the cable to a mains
socket (230 V~/50 Hz).
7 Setting the System into Operation
1) Prior to switching on, set the master controls (14)
to zero to prevent switching noise.
2) Switch on the power mixer with the mains switch
(15) on the rear side. The LED "Power" (11) lights
up and the value on the display (12) returns from
"4" to "0" (effect "Hall 1" adjusted – see table,
chapter 8.1).
3) Switch on the units connected. To switch on the
supplied microphone, set its sliding switch to the
upper position.
4) When switching off the system, always switch off
the power mixer first.

8 Operation

1) For basic adjustment, set the effect controls
"Reverb" (7), the tone controls (8) of the input
channels, and all five controls of the graphic
equalizer (10) to zero for the time being.
2) With the master controls – "L-MON" for the left
channel and "R-MAIN" for the right channel – the
level of the master signal is adjusted which is
both fed to the internal power amplifier and to the
master output "Aux Out" (5).
Slightly open the controls so that the subse-
quent adjustments will be reproduced via the
speakers connected.
3) Use the level controls "GAIN" (9) to mix the sig-
nals of the input channels or to fade them in and
out as required. Always set the controls of the
channels which are not used to "0".

5) Mit den Reglern des Graphic-Equalizers (10) den
Klang für die Signalsumme wie gewünscht korri-
gieren (± 12 dB max.). Die LEDs über den Reg-
lern dienen als Übersteuerungsanzeigen für die
einzelnen Frequenzbänder. Leuchtet eine LED
auf, den jeweiligen Regler entsprechend zurück-
stellen bzw. die Pegelregler der einzelnen Ein-
gangskanäle zurückstellen.
6) Mit den Masterreglern (14) den endgültigen Pe-
gel der Audioanlage einstellen
Vorsicht! Stellen Sie die Lautstärke der Audio-
anlage nie sehr hoch ein. Hohe Lautstärken
können auf Dauer das Gehör schädigen! Das
menschliche Ohr gewöhnt sich an hohe Laut-
stärken und empfindet sie nach einiger Zeit als
nicht mehr so hoch. Darum eine hohe Lautstärke
nach der Gewöhnung nicht weiter erhöhen.
8.1 Zumischen von Effekten
Dem Signal jedes Eingangskanals lässt sich ein
Hall- oder Delay-Effekt hinzufügen, der über einen
digitalen Effektprozessor erzeugt wird. Es stehen 16
Effekte zur Verfügung:

Als Grundeinstellung ist nach jeder Inbetriebnahme
der Effekt „Hall 1" eingeschaltet.

4) Adjust the optimum sound for each input channel
separately with the tone controls (8) – "Treble" for
the high frequencies, "Bass" for the low frequen-
cies.
5) Use the controls of the graphic equalizer (10) to
readjust the sound for the master signal as de-
sired (±12 dB max). The LEDs above the controls
serve as overload indicators for the individual fre-
quency bands. If an LED lights up, set back the
corresponding control accordingly or set back the
level controls of the individual input channels.
6) Adjust the final level of the audio system with the
master controls (14).
Caution! Never adjust the audio system to a
very high volume. Permanent high volumes may
damage your hearing! The human ear will get
accustomed to high volumes which do not seem
to be that high after some time. Therefore, do
not further increase a high volume after getting
used to it.
8.1 Adding effects
A reverberation or delay effect produced via a digital
effect processor can be added to the signal of each
input channel. 16 effects are available:

Das Display (12) zeigt die Kennnummer bzw. den
Kennbuchstaben des eingestellten Effekts.
2) Mit dem Regler „Reverb" (7) für jeden Eingangs-
kanal die Effektintensität einstellen. Je weiter der
Regler aufgedreht wird, desto stärker wird der
Effekt für den Kanal. Soll einem Kanal kein Effekt
zugemischt werden, seinen Regler „Reverb" auf
Null drehen.

or the identification letter of the effect adjusted.
2) Adjust the effect intensity for each input channel
with the control "Reverb" (7). The further the con-
trol is advanced, the more powerful is the effect
for the channel. If no effect is desired for a chan-
nel, set its control "Reverb" to zero.
