General information

Unit installation
Read this instruction manual thoroughly before using the unit and
keep it for further consultation even after installation.
This unit is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensorial or mental capacities or by inexperienced
persons unless they have been instructed regarding use of the
appliance and are supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the unit.
The unit complies with all applicable standards for EC marking (for
further details see Declaration of Conformity).
The installation must be carried out by a qualified installer.
For safety reasons, installers are required to read the general information

To prevent fire, explosion or injury, do not operate the unit near
dangerous substances or close to naked light equipment.
Ensure that national safety code requirements have been followed for the
main supply circuit. Follow all current national safety code requirements.
Ensure that a properly sized and connected ground wire is in place.
Check that voltage and frequency of the mains power supply are
those required for the unit to be installed; the available power must be
adequate to operate any other appliances connected to the same line.
Make sure that properly sized disconnecting and safety switches are
installed.
