Repeater
A repeater is an electronic device that receives a weak or low-level signal and retransmits it at a
higher level or higher power, so that the signal can cover longer distances without degradation.

The example figure illustrates the relationship among the AP, the repeater, and the clients. In this
example, client A, B, and C can access AP-A, but client D and E cannot. In this case, AP-B works as
the repeater for AP-A, and thus client D and E may receive the signal smoothly.
