A successful installation depends upon both Xerox or Rank Xerox
and you. The sections that follow describe your site
responsibilities and the responsibilities Xerox or Rank Xerox has
to you. You will see that some areas overlap and become joint
responsibilities.
Note: Rank Xerox Ltd. is the European affiliate of the Xerox
Corporation, which serves the Untied Kingdom, all European
countries, and Australia.
Xerox or Rank Xerox responsibilities prior to, during, and after
installation of the LPS are to:
Site selection • Assist in site selection
• Inspect and approve the site
Installation • Schedule the delivery of your laser printing system
• Monitor installation activities
• Assist you in ordering supplies and fonts
• Install the LPS
Training • Provide standard operator training
• Assist in determining system and training needs
• Assist in scheduling system and user training
