CLOSING RULE SETTING [EDIT]

1. Select an item to edit using [Quick Search] in the tool bar.
2. Make changes as necessary.
3. Click Save < > in the tool bar.

CLOSING RULE SETTING [DELETE]

1. Select an item to delete using [Quick Search] in the tool bar.
2. Click Delete < > in the tool bar.
3. When you are prompted to delete the item, click [Yes].
