The driver encountered a hardware-
initialization error while attempting to
configure the specified device.
The driver encountered an operating-
system error while attempting to perform
an operation, or the operating system
does not support an operation performed
by the driver.
The driver is unable to communicate
with the specified external device.
Possible reasons for this error are as
follows.
The CMOS configuration-memory
for the device is empty or invalid.
The configuration specified does not
agree with the current configuration
of the device.
The EISA system configuration is
invalid.
The base addresses for two or more
devices are the same; consequently, the
driver is unable to access the specified
device.
The interrupt configuration is incorrect
given the capabilities of the computer or
device.
The interrupt levels for two or more
devices are the same.
The DMA configuration is incorrect
given the capabilities of the
computer/DMA controller or device.
The DMA channels for two or more
devices are the same.
The driver is unable to find one or more
jumperless devices that you have
configured using WDAQCONF.EXE.
