Emulations

The P4280 IPDS supports coax and twinax interfaces. With a coax interface,
the P4280 IPDS emulates an IBM 4234, Model 007/011 and can also be used
in place of 3262 and 3268 printers. With a twinax interface, the printer
emulates the IBM 4234, Model 008/012.
Compatible attachments, configuration menus, and programming are unique
for each emulation.
