CHECKS BEFORE DELIVERY TO CUSTOMER

1) Check the tightness of the wheel nuts.
Front wheel tightness torque:
4.5 daN•m (5 N•m)
Rear wheel tightness torque:
6.5 daN•m (75 N•m)
2) Check the tightness of all nuts and bolts.
3) Check the adjustment and effectiveness of the brakes.
4) Check the infl ation pressure of the tyres when cold.
Front tyre infl ation pressure:
RYZ SM: 2 bars (200 kPa)
RYZ C: 1.5 bars (150 kPa)
Rear tyre infl ation pressure:
RYZ SM: 2.3 bars (230 kPa)
RYZ C: 1.7 bars (170 kPa)
5) Check the functioning of the lights, the turn indicators, the horn
and the brake light.
6)
Check the functioning of the different indicator lights.
7) Carry out a road test.
