Setting an appointment (calendar)

You can use your handset to remind yourself of up to 30 appointments.
Anniversaries entered in the directory (
in the calendar.

Saving an appointment

If you have already saved 30 appointments, you must first delete an existing
appointment.
Prerequisite: The date and time have already been set (

v ç Open the graphical calendar.

If appointments have already been saved for the day, the list of appointments
is displayed: select

Change multiple line input:
Appoint.
Select
Date
Enter day/month/year (8 digits).
Time
Enter hours/minutes in 4-digit format.
Notes
Enter text (maximum of 16 characters). The text appears as the appoint-
ment name in the list and is displayed on the screen during the appointment
reminder. If you do not enter any text, only the date and time of the appoint-
ment are displayed.
Save
The list of appointments for the day selected is displayed. Activated appoint-
ments are marked in the appointments list with
sorted by time.

Days on which appointments have already been saved are high-
lighted in black.
Select day and press
<New Entry>
On or Off.
Press the Display key.
Press and hold (idle status).
