3. Connect the base station to the router (Internet)
For Internet access you need a router connected to the Internet via a modem
(this may be integrated in the router).

Connect an Ethernet cable plug into the LAN port at the side of the base sta-

tion.
Then insert the other end of the Ethernet cable plug into a LAN port on the

router.
As soon as the cable connecting the phone and router is plugged in and the
router is activated, the key lights up on the front of the base station (Paging
key).
You are now ready to establish VoIP connections within Gigaset.net
