6. Solution when error message is displayed
When the error message as shown below is displayed, stop updating software, restart the ACD1, and start updating from the
beginning again.
If the same message is still displayed after restarting the updating software and the ACD1, restart the personal computer and the
ACD1, start updating software and start updating from the beginning again.
Error messages list
[ERROR:001] Command transmission was failed. (Securement of communication pathway)
[ERROR:002] Command transmission was failed. (Acquisition of communication control authority)
[ERROR:003] Command transmission was failed. (Control authority open)
[ERROR:004] Command transmission was failed.(Disconnection of communication pathway)
[ERROR:005] Communication pathway couldn't be secured.
[ERROR:006] Control authority couldn't be obtained.
[ERROR:101] Command transmission was failed. (Update changeover)
[ERROR:102] Command transmission was failed. (File writing)
[ERROR:103] Command transmission was failed. (Restart order)
[ERROR:104] Command transmission was failed. (Version acquisition)
[ERROR:105] Command transmission was failed. (Acquisition of device name)
[ERROR:106] Update changeover was failed.
[ERROR:107] File writing was failed.
[ERROR:108] Version acquisition was failed.
[ERROR:109] Obtaining device name was failed.
[ERROR:110] The command is wrong.
[ERROR:111] Data fi le not found..
