Operation via the browser

12.1

Live page

After the connection is established, the LIVE page is initially displayed. It shows the live video
image on the right of the browser window. Depending on the configuration, various text
overlays may be visible on the live video image.
Other information may also be shown next to the live video image. The items shown depend
on the settings on the LIVE Functions page.
12.1.1

Connection

Stream 1
Select this option to display stream 1 of the camera.
Stream 2
Select this option to display stream 2 of the camera.
M-JPEG
Select this option to display the M-JPEG stream of the camera.

PTZ

Pan and tilt
To control the pan and tilt of PTZ cameras:

Move the mouse cursor over the video image; additional options for controlling peripherals are
displayed with the mouse cursor.

Scenes

The camera displays Scene 1 through Scene 6. Select the appropriate scene to view the video
image for that scene. In the lower left of the video image, the OSD displays the Camera
number (title), the Scene number, and the Scene number stored.
Below the list of scenes is a drop-down list showing the stored scenes.
Select the appropriate scene (1 through 6). Click
Note: If the scene is already stored, a dialog box displays the message, "The page at [URL]
says: Overwrite current scene?" Click OK to overwrite, or click Cancel to cancel the operation.
