To log into your StorTrends Dual Controller IP-SAN Storage Appliance, you can use any
of the Physical IP Addresses.
In this example we have two Physical IP Addresses to choose from. We will use the Left
Controller, NIC-1.
Immediately after your initial login attempt, you are taken to the Network Configuration
Wizard. In the Network Configuration Wizard, you must configure an Alias IP Address;
otherwise known as a Virtual IP Address.
