Exhaust System

The exhaust silencer should be cleaned of accumulated
carbon and all fasteners checked in accordance with the
periodic maintenance table in Chapter 2. Replace the
Silencer
Spark Arrestor
7-8 ft-lbs (9-11 Nm)
exhaust gasket and clean the spark arrestor anytime
engine rebuilding is performed. Torque all fasteners to
specification.
