Overview
Click Protocol on the Select Network Component Type window and click Add. The Select Network Protocol

window is displayed:
Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).

Click OK. The Local Area Connection number Properties window is re-displayed.

Be sure the box next to Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is checked.

Click Properties. The Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window is displayed:

Be sure Obtain IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server address automatically are selected.

Click OK to accept the TCP/IP settings.

Click Close to close the Local Area Connection number Properties window.

Click OK when prompted to restart the computer and click OK again.
