Connect the power cable and the signal cable to the SCSI

Remove the blank panel from the bezel and store it for
possible future use.

Reinstall the bezel and side panel. For instructions, see
"Removing and installing the bezel and side panel" on
page 24.

Removing SCSI devices

Review the precautions described in "Before you start" on page 19
in this chapter before removing any SCSI device.
Remove the bezel and side panel. For instructions, see

Remove the two screws securing SCSI device with metal
fittings and partially extract the SCSI device.
Disconnect the power cable and the signal cable from the

device.

Remove the SCSI device.

Install the shield cover and secure it with screws.

Install a blank panel in the empty slot in the bezel.
