    Before going through the flowchart steps, verify the following: Ask customer to enter the password if a password is registered. Verify with the customer that Toshiba Windows is installed on the hard disk. Non- Windows operating systems can cause the computer to malfunction.

    Make sure that wireless LAN antenna cables (black and white) are firmly connected to the connectors on Wireless LAN card.
